Covers mainboard, imaging module, light source, USB interfaces, and factory-supplied accessories. Free repair or equivalent part replacement for hardware defects under normal use. Excludes physical damage and unauthorized repairs.
Covers imaging sensor, driver board, display (factory defects), and connectors. Normal wear on lens panels or fiber-optic light guides is excluded.
Covers main control board, drive modules, charging dock, and included accessories. Consumables (roller brushes, filters, mop pads) are excluded but available separately.
Factory-authorized parts purchased through official channels carry a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse is excluded.

Submit a fault description via the website contact form or by phone, including your order number or serial number and photos or video of the issue. We confirm receipt within 1 business day.
Our technical team evaluates the fault and determines whether it falls within warranty coverage. If physical inspection is required, we arrange free pickup (South China) or provide return shipping instructions.
Issues within warranty coverage are repaired or an equivalent component is replaced at no charge. The repaired unit is dispatched within 3 business days with a tracking number.
Please verify functionality when the unit arrives. Any remaining issues can be followed up immediately. Repaired components carry a 3-month service warranty.
The following are not covered by the standard warranty. Paid repair quotes are available for out-of-scope cases.
For products beyond the warranty period or outside coverage scope, we offer paid repair services with transparent pricing. Common repairs are typically completed within 5 business days using original factory stock, and carry a 3-month service warranty.
